MEET THE TEAM

Ashley joined the GMA survey team in October 2012 as a trainee marine surveyor. Having completed a three year training programme with the GMA and subsequent two months with the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) he became a GMA Marine Surveyor in October 2015 with now more than six years of experience as a flag state inspector, auditor and port state control officer.

Before working for the GMA, Ashley completed his studies at the University of Wales Institute Cardiff where he obtained a BA Hons degree and a MSc Degree in Occupation Health and Safety gaining GradIOSH status.
